  1. Community Midwifery Training is 18 months program recognized by Pakistan Nursing Council, Islamabad.
  2. Affiliate with DHQ Hospital, Family Planning Hospital and CMH for clinical exposure.
  3. Our School of Nursing has fully equipped Skills lab, Library, Computer Lab and teaching aids.
  4. Background:

    In the year 2005 Two Girls, one from Rahimabad and other from Bagroat Valley has shown their interest in Nursing Educationand were sent to Karachi for One year Nursing Training at Hamdard Hospital.

    In the year 2006 have started giving midwifery community training to the educated girls from far flung valleys such as Danyore, Bagroat, Haramosh, Jalalabad, Ochnkandas, Gilgit, Bargo Bala,Rahimabad, Chalt, Nagar, Sumair, Ganesh, Astore and Skardu, .

    Hostel facility is provided to these students of far flung areas

    Pick and drop facilities from School to DHQ, CMH, Family Planning Hospital free of cost provided to students.

    COMMUNITY MIDWIFERY (CMW)

    Community Midwifery Program is a 18 months profession educational program recognized by Pakistan Nursing Council leading to practice as a Community Midwife. This program will help graduates to practice safe community as well as hospital setup midwifery nursing.

    LICENSE PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)

    License Practical Nurse Program is a 2 year professional education program leading to practice as a Registered Practical Nurse. The Diploma Program offers integrated nursing knowledge, skills and professional attitude. Upon completion of this program the graduate is prepared to be a safe clinical nurse, who will be able to provide comprehensive care at primary, secondary and tertiary levels with in hospitals and community settings.

    LADY HEALTH VISITOR (LHV)

    Lady Health visitor is a primary health professional so her function is based on community health needs and related health problems and also rural community health services. She is responsible for prevention of disease promoting and maintaining health thus reducing morbidity and mortality of mother and children.

School's Achievements:

    Since its inauguration, 16 students in the year 2006-2007, 17 Students in the year 2007-2008, 20 students in the year 2008-2009 have completed their training and in Sept 2010 33 students have appeared and ALL students have passed Peshawar Board examination. in Sept 2011 19 students have appeared and ALL students have passed Peshawar Board examination.
